Our approach is to create and maintain both employers' and jobseekers' networks. This complex approach allows us to make 'best fit' choices.

We recruit at all levels – leaders to manage the organisations, high potential candidates to create companies' talent pipeline, temporary staff to cover company's high season demands. We do not wait for a candidate to apply for a job; we proactively attract high caliber professionals who are passive in job searching.

For the selection we use modern tools – multimodel interviews, psychometric or personality tests. Where relevant, candidates attend an Assessment Centre. We also provide candidate background and reference checks.
